1. How can I experience the tours?

Our solution can be experienced in two ways, depending on whether you already have smart glasses:

• If you already have smart glasses: You can take a pre-built tour or use our app to create your own custom route based on your preferences.

• If you are using our smart glasses: Currently, only pre-built tours are available, with minor adjustments allowed. The tour duration must stay the same so the glasses can be used by other travelers afterward.

2. How long does the tour take?

Approx. 1.5 hours.
If you use your own smart glasses, feel free to explore at a slower pace.

3. Should I wear anything specific?

Wear comfortable walking shoes. Riga Old Town streets can be cobblestoned.
Dress weather-appropriate (outdoor experience).

4. Is this suitable for families?

Yes! Families love the game-like format. We recommend 1 smart glasses per adult.
Currently not designed for young children to wear the glasses.

5. Is this tour wheelchair accessible?

This tour is not recommended for wheelchair users without assistance.
